Satisfied or Refunded

What is the Satisfied or Refunded Guarantee?

All products in the online store are covered by the "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee: this guarantee allows you to return products that you did not like, in which case the online store will issue a refund or send you a replacement product.

Up to 15 days after delivery

You can contact our central workshops by email via or by regular mail, addressed to the registered office whose address is: Luxury Horizon Lda - perfumaria-online, Travessa levada do Cavaleiro 2 - 9000-178 Funchal Portugal, You must be provided with the order details and respective document proving the purchase and indicate whether you want an exchange or refund. Shipping costs are not reimbursed

Items returned

They must be in perfect condition, complete and properly packaged in the original packaging and without any signs of actual use. Transport and/or return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The costs for exchanging or re-sending the item are €5.90 for each registered shipment (shipping up to 2kg in mainland Portugal) and €7.90 for portugueses islands

These conditions apply to the resending of items returned by the carrier to the wrong address. I refuse to collect the order within the deadline stipulated by the carrier.

You may return any defective item within 15 days and be entitled to a refund or exchange of the item. The costs associated with shipping are our responsibility.

Cancellations or refunds do not apply in the following situations, provided for by law:

- Supply of goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are susceptible to deteriorating or perishing quickly.

- Supply of audio and video recordings, discs and computer programs from which the consumer has removed the inviolability guarantee seal

- Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bikini, boxers, etc.

Any package received without sender identification or sent for collection will not be accepted.
